Iron Prairie Builders LLC ("we," "us") collects information only when you submit our quote request form. This page explains what we collect, why we collect it, who we share it with, and how long we keep it.
When you submit a quote request, we collect your name, phone number, email address (if provided), city or suburb, project type, and any project details you choose to share. We also record where the request came from (for example, which page of our site you submitted it from) so we know which parts of our marketing are working.
We use this information solely to respond to your quote request and to contact you about your project by phone, text, or email. We do not sell your information, and we do not use it for unrelated marketing.
We rely on a small number of service providers to run our quote-request system: Supabase stores your submission in our database, Resend sends us an email notification when a new request arrives, and Cloudflare Turnstile helps us block automated spam submissions before they reach our database. None of these providers use your information for their own purposes — they process it only to deliver these services to us.
We retain quote-request records for as long as we need them to follow up on your project and to keep basic business records of past inquiries. If you'd like us to delete your information, contact us using the phone number below and we'll remove it.
